What Are EMOM Workouts?


EMOM stands for "every minute on the minute," and an EMOM workout is a type of interval workout that involves performing a single or a handful of specific exercises for a set number of reps at the start of every minute.


EMOMs are not only effective at building muscle, increasing strength, fitness, and work capacity, but they can be helpful to nearly every aspect of your training.


Here's one of my favorites to add to leg day training. Aim to do this one to two times a week.

4 LEG EMOMS THAT WILL STRENGTHEN YOUR LEGS Each EMOM is 4 Minutes & 1 Exercise EMOM 1: 10 - 12 DB Deadlifts EMOM 2: 10 - 12 DB SKI LUNGE EMOM 3: 10 - 12 DB Split Squats (5 to 6 per side) EMOM 4: 10 - 12 DB Front Squats
