Two Ingredient High Protein Wrap

Cottage cheese is showing up every where these days and it's no wonder. It's high in protein, low carb, and blends really well into so many recipes. I especially love it mixed with eggs. After seeing the high protein wraps swirling around social media lately, I decided to give them a go. I was sold at the two ingredients, eggs and cottage cheese. The outcome is an easy to whip up wrap that not only tastes great but adds an amazing punch of high quality protein to your meal. We're talking between 30g to 35g of protein per serving for just the wrap. That's a win win in my book.

Although these take a little effort to prepare (30 minute baking time), they are so much better than the store bought versions. I have yet to find a good wrap with real ingredients. The majority are not even remotely healthy. Most are filled with a long list of processed garbage ingredients that have no business being called "food". I think I'll stick to these, thank you very much. If you're in search of a good wrap, I think you'll love them as well!

The Ingredients:

1 Cup Cottage Cheese, any variety you like. I love Good Culture Low Fat

1 Egg

The Method:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F.

  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, set aside.

  3. In a bullet or blender, add the cottage cheese and egg.

  4. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

  5. Pour the mixture on to the center of the prepared pan.

  6. Using a spatula, gently smooth the mixture into a 12 x 9 inch rectangle.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until well set.

  8. Cool slightly before using.

Roll up and enjoy or add in your favorite fillings.

Enjoy! xx
