Bodyweight Workout



Want to workout but don't have any equipment or belong to a gym? No problem. You don't need any fancy equipment or a gym membership to get a great workout. Enter the Bodyweight Workout. What's great about this type of workout is that you can do them anywhere and anytime. I especially love to utilize them when I'm vacation or traveling. Get outside in the fresh air and sunshine and start moving.


Here's one of my top picks for Bodyweight Workouts. This one covers all the major muscle groups and has added cardio for endurance conditioning.


Cardio and Bodyweight Burn

Save. Share. MOVE.


Run 1 Mile/Walk

25 Squats

25 Push-ups

25 Mountain Climbers

12 Step-ups/Leg

25 Tucks

25 Shoulder Taps

25 Tricep Dips

Repeat for 2 to 3 Rounds

Make sure to warm up and cool down.
