Chocolate Covered Strawberries...You don't eat them, you devour them!

Richly decadent chocolate covered strawberries are love at first bite!

If you're looking for a special treat, Chocolate covered strawberries are perfect! They're super simple to make, pretty to look at, and just oh so love-ly!

A Special Elegant Dessert.

These are perfect to make for any occasion or just enjoy them because it's not an occasion. All you need is two things...The sweetest strawberries and really good quality chocolate. These two things make the biggest difference when enjoying the best Chocolate Covered Strawberries!

The Ingredients:

• 20 to 25 Large Sweet Strawberries, washed and fully dried

• 12 ounces Dark Chocolate, chips or break up a bar

The Method:

1. Line a sheet pan with parchment. Set aside.

2. In a double boiler over medium heat, melt the chocolate until smooth.

3. Remove from heat.

4. Dip each berry into the chocolate and place on to the prepared pan.

5. Chill for at least 30 minutes of until the chocolate forms a hard shell.
