Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Balls

I absolutely love these little balls of deliciousness when my sweet tooth hits. The classic combo of chocolate and peanut butter with a touch of sea salt is divine. They are the perfect addition to your weekly meal prep routine.
Ingredients and Plan
Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, mix the following:
1 cup unsweetened all natural peanut butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 serving Vanilla Protein Isolate Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cups organic old fashioned oats
Roll the mixture into 24 balls
and place on prepared sheet.
Chocolate Drizzle:
Melt 50g Li;ly’s dark chocolate chips
(about ¼ cup)
Drizzle the chocolate over the balls.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
