The Ingredients:
24 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt
4 Servings Chocolate Whey Isolate Protein Powder
4 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Cup Water
Topping:
1/2 Cup Berries for each serving.
The Method:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the berries.
Divide the pudding up in to for containers or glass jars.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
