Cinnamon Maple Glazed Pecans

Nuts for nuts! These Cinnamon Maple Glazed Pecans with warming hints of cinnamon and maple will instantly enhance any dish from salads to charcuterie. They are delicious to snack on and make the perfect homemade holiday gift. Pecans work wonderfully with this recipe but feel free to use any of your favorite nuts or combination of nuts.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Pecans (Or any nut or mix of nuts you like)
1/4 Cup Real Maple Syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

The Method:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and sea salt until well combined.
Fold the nuts into the cinnamon maple mixture until they are well coated.
Spread the nuts out evenly into a single layer on the prepared pan.
Roast for 12 minutes. Be sure to toss the nuts every 3 to 4 minutes until they are fragrant and glossy. Don't skip this step unless you prefer burnt nuts!
Allow the nuts to cool for atleast 10 minutes and watch them get even crispier.
